Great to meet you!

Stop scrolling. Congratulations are in order.

You have already taken the first step toward prioritizing your life, health, and wellness. That is powerful.

Life can feel overwhelming, exhausting, or just plain blah at times. But here is what I believe wholeheartedly. You already have strength within you. You have survived hard things. You have navigated challenges. You are still here. My role is to help you recognize those strengths, refine them, and confidently use them to build the life you truly want. I do not approach this work from a place of theory alone. I bring lived experience into the room. I was not born with a silver spoon. I understand life authentically, the setbacks, the resilience it takes to keep going, and the courage required to choose growth. That perspective allows me to sit with you not just as a clinician, but as a human who understands that healing is real work.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative partnership. I tailor evidence based treatment approaches to meet your specific needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, strengths based therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Motivational interviewing is a client centered approach that helps you explore your own reasons for change. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you, helping you clarify what matters most, strengthen your motivation, and build confidence in your ability to follow through.

Our sessions are supportive, focused conversations where you are heard, challenged, and empowered.

This is your journey to equanimity, healing, and renewal.

Together, we will create space for sustainable growth and meaningful change.

Please allow me the honor of walking alongside you. I look forward to having a front row seat to your success.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are heard and valued. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you’re facing. I’ll ask questions to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and needs, and together we’ll begin identifying practical strategies and approaches that fit your life. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of the therapy process, next steps, and how we can work together to support your growth, healing, and well-being.
