I am an LPC and a certified School Counselor. I graduated from Sam Houston State with a degree in Criminal Justice in 2006. I later earned my Masters in School Counseling from Lamar University. I have worked in education for 15 years. This experience has given me the opportunity to help support many students, families, and fellow educators. I work with children age 6 and up, preteens, teens, and adults.
I know sometimes asking for help is scary. My goal is to take that worry away and help you achieve your mental health goals. With over 15 years working in education my focus is to partner with you on your mental health journey. I am driven to help clients struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self harm, gender identity, self esteem, divorced families, and trauma.
I am a firm believer in meeting my clients where there are; which means I will have a specific approach for each client.
