Great to meet you!

You may feel like your emotions are bigger than you know how to manage, your relationships are difficult to navigate, or past experiences continue to affect how you see yourself and the people around you. Maybe you're struggling with the effects of trauma, experiencing intense emotional reactions, feeling disconnected from yourself, or having difficulty trusting others. You may be living with a personality disorder, psychosis, or significant behavioral challenges that make everyday life feel unpredictable or overwhelming. For those who have experienced sexual abuse, domestic violence, human trafficking, or other forms of trauma, you may also be wondering how to move forward when the past still feels very present. Therapy can be a place to better understand these patterns, build stability, and develop healthier ways of coping.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma and significant behavioral or emotional challenges, including those navigating psychosis and personality disorders. I have experience supporting survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking, and I use approaches such as EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients process traumatic experiences, regulate difficult emotions, develop healthier coping skills, and build greater stability in their lives. My approach is compassionate, structured, and tailored to each person's needs, recognizing that meaningful progress looks different for everyone.

What you can expect from me

I am also interested in working with couples who want to better understand the patterns affecting their relationship and develop healthier ways of communicating and connecting. Whether you're working through the effects of trauma, struggling with intense emotions or behaviors, or trying to build healthier relationships, my goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without judgment. Together, we'll focus on understanding where you've been while building practical tools for where you want to go.
