Great to meet you!

I understand that every single person has been molded and formed by their environments around them. Sometimes, that leads us to being a person that we no longer want to be, which is when therapy can be helpful. In order for effective change to take place, therapy must be a safe and welcoming place in order for you to feel comfortable learning and discovering which route to take in your self-discovery journey.

My approach to therapy

I lean on evidence-based treatment models such as cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based therapy while maintaining an atmosphere of supportive, direct, and compassionate clinical care. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over five years of experience in medical environments helping individuals and families navigate chronic illness, grief, and involuntary life changes. My professional training includes cognitive behavioral therapy certifications and specialized end-of-life or palliative care.

What you can expect from me

We will work as a team to develop adaptive coping strategies for life’s frequent stressors, including clinical depression, anxiety, life-altering transitions, grief, and relationship conflict. I strongly believe that you are the expert on your own life and needs, and it is crucial that we collaborate on the most specific, personalized way to help you achieve your goals, pursue healing, and rebuild your confidence and stability.
