Great to meet you!

I am a licensed counselor committed to helping individuals and couples on their journey to thrive right where they are. I enjoy helping clients learn to have healthier relationships with themselves and each other. My work focuses on helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, pre and postpartum concerns, and relationship issues.

I am enthusiastic about integrating researched-based therapeutic skills with sound, biblical principals, to provide care for clients from a Christian perspective.

I am a married mother of 3 so, I can understand first hand the ups and downs of living a real life. And I believe in partnering with you wherever you might find yourself today, to help you reach your counseling goals for yourself, your relationships, and your future.

My approach to therapy

I typically use an integrative approach in therapy to best meet the unique needs of each individual and couple. In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. For example, we may decide to use a combination of evidenced-based CBT, Narrative Therapy, etc. to address your specific concerns.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, pre and postpartum concerns, relationship issues, and low self-worth. And look forward to partnering with you right where you are to help you reach your counseling goals for yourself, your relationships, and your future.
