Great to meet you!

Welcome! I believe in empowering my clients to lean into their resilience and confront issues that they have been struggling with. Going to therapy is one of the most courageous actions to take, because it takes true strength to say, “I need support.” My purpose is to hold space for my clients to process and to leave each session feeling seen and heard! So, I am intentional about creating safety through being empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I want to validate your thoughts and emotions, while empowering you to challenge behaviors that no longer serve you. Every behavior has a purpose, even the maladaptive ones. These once served to protect you, fulfill unmet needs, or helped you survive through difficult things. Now’s the time to change those unhealthy coping mechanisms!

What you can expect from our first session

You deserve healing, so allow me to support you through addressing what you have been struggling with and developing the tools to thrive as the best version of yourself!
