Great to meet you!

Hi! Choosing therapy is one of the most courageous steps you can take—it takes real strength to say, “I need support.” My goal is to provide a space where you can process, heal, and leave each session feeling truly seen and heard. I create safety through empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental presence. I strive to honor your experiences while helping you gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you. Every behavior once had a purpose—to protect you or help you survive. Now, we can work together to process your struggles and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

I have a passion for working with clients navigating mood disorders, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, LGBTQIA+ related concerns, and eating disorders. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, CPT, exposure therapy, while maintaining a culturally responsive and affirming approach.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to carry everything alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you as we explore what’s been weighing on you, and to build skills that support your healing!
