Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges. I value authenticity and believe healing starts in a safe, trusting relationship. My goal is to offer a warm, down-to-earth space where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged to grow. If it’s important to you, I’m also glad to incorporate Christian faith into our work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and focused on your strengths. We’ll explore what’s going on in your life, build insight, and practice tools you can use outside of sessions. I want you to feel comfortable being honest, moving at your own pace, and bringing your whole self into the room. For clients who desire it, I can integrate Christian principles in a way that feels respectful and supportive.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you here, what you’re hoping will feel different, and what you need most right now. You can expect me to show up with compassion, honesty, and no judgment as we begin to outline a plan that fits you. You don’t have to navigate this alone—if you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
