Great to meet you!

I am a licensed counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership, bringing both a systems perspective and clinical expertise to my work. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I specialize in helping clients process trauma, manage distressing thoughts and emotions, and build healthier patterns. Using a neuroscience-informed approach, we’ll work together to identify and organize your experiences, thoughts, and emotions, then use bilateral stimulation to support meaningful processing and healing. My goal is to provide a supportive, structured space where you can gain clarity, grow, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I use a neuroscience-informed approach to help clients heal from trauma and stressful experiences. We’ll start by exploring what you’re facing and creating a treatment plan that fits your needs. From there, we’ll process past experiences so they feel less overwhelming and more integrated. The goal is to help you develop a more adaptive perspective and apply new insights in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach where you can show up as you are and feel genuinely supported. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions, using evidence-based tools to help you move forward. Together, we’ll go at your pace, building insight, resilience, and meaningful change in a way that feels right for you.
