I'm passionate about this work and look forward to partnering with you on your unique journey! Therapy is not about identifying what you're doing "wrong" and "fixing" it. Therapy is a process through which we curiously learn about who you are and what you want for your life. Then, we look at what you're doing now that is working for you (moving you toward what is meaningful) and what you're doing that's not working for you (moving you away from what is meaningful).

Relationships are the foundation of every aspect of our lives. Our current understanding of neurobiology supports the essential nature of relationships and connection. Unfortunately, many of us have been harmed in the context of relationships. I couple my skills and background as a relational clinician with additional grounding in ACT and other modalities, with internationally and nationally based organizational, research, publication and social activist experience.

Therapy takes courage and commitment. We often seek therapy when we're ready to stop avoiding painful experiences or when we feel stuck. I'm endlessly curious and committed to the people I work with. I look forward to joining you on your journey toward meaningful living!
