Great to meet you!
I work with high-performing individuals who look like they have it together on the outside—but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched thin on the inside.
My clients include college students and young adults, collegiate and professional athletes, BIPOC individuals, professionals in high-stress environments, and high-achieving women navigating complex demands across work, relationships, family, and identity. Many are dealing with burnout, performance pressure, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and difficulty setting boundaries—while continuing to show up for everything and everyone else.
I received my Master’s in Social Work from New York University with a focus on clinical practice, and hold a post-graduate certificate in Clinical Supervision. I am currently completing my Supervision in Practicum Instruction (SIPI) certification. I also have advanced training in Sport Social Work and Perinatal Mental Health.
In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a Director of Student Mental Health Services at a university in New York, where I oversee programming and support services for diverse student populations. This experience informs my work with high-performing individuals navigating academic, professional, and personal pressures.
