Great to meet you!

Hello! Thanks for reaching out! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) for the state of Florida.

I earned my MSW from UCF and I am also currently in progress with my Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology.

I have extensive training and experience working with trauma and children. I happily work with ages 3+ (yes, I also work with adolescents, teens, and adults) to treat a variety of concerns, from anxiety to depression to adjusting to life's changes.

My approach to therapy

I utilize play therapy, art, and sand tray techniques to best suit my clients' growth throughout their healing journey.

My approach is empathic, accepting, humourous, challenging, and welcoming.

I particularly love working with the sand tray for most clients--including adults--to help process the subconscious messages we're receiving.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to end each session feeling more informed about themselves, their situation, or challenges.

I will challenge thinking patterns and expect my clients (especially adults) to practice techniques outside sessions.

I value honesty and openness and do everything I can to ensure I present the same to my clients.
