Great to e-meet you! I have a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. I have an unswerving interest in being part of a person's journey towards growth, change and healing. I believe it is never too early or too late to work towards the healthiest you.

I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings including forensic, and community centers using CBT, DBT, and Trauma-focused modalities.

I believe in providing you a safe, non-judgmental and comfortable space to explore your inner and outer world. I assist at your pace through the challenges of life, and hope to provide a source of enlightenment to help navigate unfamiliar or unstable terrains. I happily assist in the goal of self discovery for a healthier, balanced existence using learned skills that will empower you.
