Great to meet you!

I am a dual-licensed Primary Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with a mission to build a non-judgmental and encouraging atmosphere where patients feel seen and heard. With advanced training in psychiatry and over 20 years of nursing background, I utilize evidence-based practice for medication management.

My approach to therapy

I approach psychiatric care with a balance of professionalism, empathy, and genuine human connection. I strive to create a space where patients feel comfortable, heard, and respected, often using appropriate humor to ease anxiety and build rapport. My style is affirming and compassionate, while remaining grounded in evidence-based practice. I value the unique background of each patient, their experiences, and perspective, and I work collaboratively with them to develop thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that support both stability and growth.

What you can expect from me

I focus on psychiatric evaluations including diagnostic tools to identify mental health conditions. I will conduct a thorough mental health assessment tailored to you. To gain a thorough understanding of your needs, we will also review your medical, mental, and family history, as well as past and present medications.
