Great to meet you!

I am glad you’re here! Finding a therapist can be challenging, but I’m ready to make it smooth & successful. My goal is to provide a fresh perspective & safe space for you. We’ll explore and address your mental, emotional, and social needs, as we decrease stress & increase resilience. I meet each person where they are on their journey to create an individualized & collaborative plan. Together, we’ll explore areas of life that are causing pain or distress, & work to improve your quality of life. I currently work with individuals 10 years of age or older.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, honest, direct, and compassionate. I support a personalized & strength-based approach to foster the most positive & effective therapeutic experience. I have a passion for supporting teens, young adults, neurodiverse individuals & parents struggling with social, emotional, & behavioral milestones. I use a mixture of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to supporting you with care and compassion.

I help people of all ages recover from and cope with depression, anxiety, grief, milestones and life transitions, employment and educational challenges, and self-esteem/self-identity development.
