Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist can be a daunting experience- who do you choose? How do you choose a therapist who fits your needs? What does that even mean?

It can also be scary to think of sharing your most vulnerable feelings to another person that you do not know.

Healing can only happen when you feel safe and secure. I strive to make each one of my clients feel seen, heard, and unconditionally accepted throughout every session.

My approach to therapy

I have a true passion for therapy and helping others.

I have been practicing for over 13 years in all levels of care including inpatient care. I have been in private practice for the last 8 years.

I approach each session with warmth, understanding, and empathy. I see therapy as a collaborative experience between myself and my client. We will work together on your journey with specific tools and techniques that are tailored to your unique experience and needs.

What you can expect from me

My clients leave their sessions feeling truly heard, seen, understood and ultimately empowered to create the authentic life they want and deserve.
