Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, including 6 years providing therapy. My goal in session is to help you feel comfortable, at ease, and able to be yourself—without judgment.

I believe that when people feel safe and supported, real growth can happen. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, and I focus on creating a space where you can talk openly, make sense of what you’re going through, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming in—we can take it one step at a time together.

My approach to therapy

I am a Humanistic and trauma-informed therapist who draws from various approaches including contemporary psychodynamic, mindfulness, and relational therapy. I believe in a holistic, strength-based approach—incorporating Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) tools and body-based awareness (like breathwork) to help you let go of beliefs and stories that no longer serve you. My goal is to help you grow in self-acceptance so you can live a more mindful, fulfilling, and authentic life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I prioritize providing a safe, warm space where you feel free from judgment or misunderstanding. We will explore what may be getting in the way of your progress while also identifying your existing resources and strengths. You can expect to feel involved and heard from the very start; together, we will begin to clarify your needs and create a grounded path toward finding the balance and meaning you deserve.
