As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe a person's mental health is impacted by many variables. During my six years in practice it's been my mission to assist with creating healthy alignments between those variables. I have a general practice, but I specialize in individuals going through life transitions such as relocating, relationships, employment etc.

The first step to any healing journey is curating a safe, authentic, non judgmental space. I tailor my approach to meet each individual's need by creating a personalized care plan. It's my role to assist and work alongside my clients while also respecting their choices.

My clients usually feel challenged, but empowered that they are capable of creating healthy changes in their life. The goal is to provide each client with tools and a different prospective to overcome different obstacles even beyond our sessions.
