Great to meet you!

I support women navigating infertility, pregnancy concerns, pregnancy loss, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, birth trauma, and the stress of motherhood. If you feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck during the fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum journey, therapy can help. I offer a compassionate space to process your experience, strengthen your self-worth, and feel more confident and grounded in this season of life.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about supporting women through family planning, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the identity shifts that can come with becoming a parent. I work with clients facing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, and grief when motherhood does not look or feel as expected.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported as you build resilience and move forward with clarity and hope. If you are ready for support, I invite you to book a session with me.
