Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual English andSpanish-speaking, bicultural (Chilena) clinical social worker. I received my BA in Psychology and Education from UC Santa Cruz, and completed my master’s in social work at UC Berkeley. I have experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults and families. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities and interventions including: motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy.

My approach to therapy

I am extremely passionate about supporting the healing journeys of children, youth, adults and families, while being mindful of the privilege and responsibility that it entails. My sole hope in providing therapy is to provide a safe and inclusive space so that my clients feel seen and heard. I hold close values that are rooted in the decolonization of mental health, and I am motivated by this re-imagination in the work that I do.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you will feel validated, heard, and positive in regards to your healing journey.
