With training and experience in clinical social work, public health, inter-cultural relations & bodywork, I bring a broad and ever evolving approach to therapy.

I help young and mid-life adults restore connection between the mind & body. We make space to explore core values, goals and strengths which help in navigating big life changes, health challenges, career planning, and/or the grief that can accompany change, choice or loss.

I approach mental health holistically, meaning we will look at the aspects within you, & around you, that impact your mental well-being.

I believe that building trust & a collaborative partnership are the best foundations for progress in therapy. We will adapt as we go to find insights, meaning & the tools you need to feel healthier & more balanced.

Using cutting-edge research as well as ancient practices, I blend mind-body somatic work with conventional therapies to help you heal & grow.

We will talk through a detailed and holistic assessment as we get to know each other. We will then co-create an interactive plan to help you heal, find your unique balance & meet personal goals.
