My approach to therapy

You are the expert in your life experiences, so I use an integrative therapeutic approach using several treatment modalities. The trauma informed model steers my clinical skills so you can expect your therapeutic space to be safe, culturally aware, free of judgement, and unconditional support as you heal. I use research driven approaches including EMDR, Mindfulness, Spectrochrome Therapy, CBT, DBT and CPT.

What you can expect from me

In session, we begin with establishing a rapport and customizing your clinical goals. I support you through the renewal and healing process by identifying the link that trauma has with maladaptive behaviors and patterns, negative thoughts, low self esteem, poor communication, and other difficult issues to manage. You don’t have to face traumatic experiences alone, reach out to me for holistic approaches that develop a happier and healthier you.
