Great to meet you!

I have been in the mental health profession for nearly 2 decades, working with a variety of populations from at-risk youth to aging and end of life care. I eventually found my passion in helping women navigate through life's problems and transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a combination of compassion and accountability to help you find the right path and overcome obstacles to your happiness. Together we will come up with a treatment plan specifically designed to address your specific needs. I tend to pull from a number of treatment modalities including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

If you decide to work with me, you can expect to feel supported and understood. I will help you process unresolved issues, create a tool basket of coping skills to address challenges, help you feel more confident in navigating through life's challenges.
