Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here. I am passionate about fostering hope, healing and growth throughout your sacred therapeutic journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from an Internal Family Systems framework and completed my Level 1 training in March of 2020. I specialize in Adult Children of Alcoholics, Codependency and Adult Children of Emotionally Immature parents.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe every person has within them the capacity for growth and healing, but through the circumstances of life we all develop ways of protecting ourselves and limiting access to this healing potential within. I prioritize working with the protective systems that have been developed over time to allow more access to this healing energy. I take a compassionate approach to these protective parts and then through the presence of a safe therapeutic relationship these parts take on new roles.
