Great to meet you!

I help children, teens, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, social skills, emotional regulation, self-esteem, executive functioning, school-related challenges, and life transitions.

I support neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism, as they learn to navigate with greater confidence.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background as both a School Counselor & a Special Education Teacher, giving me a unique understanding of the academic, emotional, and social challenges children, adolescents, and families face.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered. I believe in meeting each client where they are and working collaboratively to help them reach their goals.

When I'm not working with clients, I'm busy chasing adventures with my toddler and soaking up all the joy (and chaos!) that comes with being a mom.

In-person & virtual

My approach to therapy

I use evidence based techniques, including CBT & DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions, to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel empowered to build resilience, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what's bringing you to therapy. This is a collaborative conversation and also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process. My hope is that you leave feeling comfortable, supported, and confident that you have a safe space to be yourself and begin your journey toward growth and healing.
