Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am Ashley an artist and creative arts therapist located in Salem, MA. I graduated with my MPS in Art Therapy & Creativity Development from Pratt Institute. Having studied along side dance movement therapist within my program, I am grateful to have experienced and incorporate somatic witnessing into my practice.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma informed and intuitively person-centered, providing psychotherapy through creative art processes, mindfulness, CBT and somatic witnessing. My specialties include women’s issues, depression, anxiety, complex trauma, existential & identity concerns race concerns, and disordered eating.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a space to share questions and learn about one another in a theraputic context and explore your hopes for therapy. Each week I hope to hold holistic space for clients to collaborate and creatively work through any obstacles within the process of growth and inner transformation. Together, inviting discussion and engagement with your mind, body and spirit to progress in self fulfillment
