Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ashley — a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist with over a decade of experience supporting adolescents and adults. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and genuinely human. I help clients move through anxiety, stress, neurodivergence-related challenges, overthinking, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My Therapy Style

I specialize in working with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to balance their needs with everyday demands. My work is affirming and practical, blending ACT, CBT, and systems-informed perspectives. Together, we build emotional flexibility, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change—at a pace that feels doable, not stressful.

Military Community Expertise

I have extensive experience working with military-connected individuals, including active-duty service members, veterans, spouses, dependents, and parents. I understand the unique transitions, stressors, and resilience found within military culture and provide a space where clients feel understood, supported, and able to breathe easier.

What you can expect from me

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Clients often share that they appreciate my humor, lightness, and real-world approach—even when we’re navigating tough topics. I believe therapy should feel relatable and accessible. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, exploring neurodivergence, or redefining boundaries and values, I’m here to help you build a life that feels aligned, sustainable, and truly yours.
