Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 15 years of healthcare experience, I bring a warm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to every session. My background includes extensive work in both general medicine and mental health, allowing me to understand the full picture of a person’s well-being.

I am deeply committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel respected, heard, and genuinely supported. I value authenticity and collaboration, and I strive to meet each client exactly where they are in their journey. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, hiking, reading, and diving into all forms of art and design including body art. These passions help me stay grounded and bring creativity, balance, and perspective into my clinical work.

My approach to therapy

A strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy, and open communication Holistic, individualized care plans that integrate therapy, medication management, and wellness strategies Education and empowerment, helping clients understand their symptoms and treatment options

Collaborative goal-setting so clients feel actively involved in their care A child-and family-centered perspective, especially when working with younger clients

Ultimately, my goal is to support clients in gaining self-awareness, developing effective coping skills, and achieving long-term emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

A Warm, Welcoming Environment

We will explore your medical history, mental health history, current symptoms, past treatments, and any concerns you want to address.

Rapport Building

I take time to understand who you are not just your symptoms so we can form a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Discussion of Goals

We will talk about what you hope to achieve through treatment and identify priorities that matter most to you.

Development of a Personalized Care Plan

Based on your needs, I will offer recommendations that may include therapy, medication management, lifestyle strategies, or other interventions.

Open Communication

You will have plenty of time to ask questions, express concerns, and understand next steps.
