Great to meet you!

Hello! If you feel overwhelmed by your emotions, struggle with intrusive thoughts, or feel disconnected in your relationships, you’re not alone. You have the strength within you to create the life you want, and I’m here to help you get there.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor and Therapist who takes a warm, open, and direct approach. Together, we’ll build coping skills, foster resilience, and navigate life’s challenges so you can move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a holistic, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. My methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and change negative thought patterns, Solution-Focused Therapy to set achievable goals, Motivational Interviewing to build confidence and motivation, and Mindfulness techniques to enhance emotional regulation and stress management.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical coping skills, increased self-awareness, and a greater sense of control over their emotions and challenges. Using CBT, Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based approaches, I help clients develop tools to manage stress, improve relationships, and build resilience. My goal is to empower you with the confidence and strategies needed to navigate life’s ups and downs successfully.
