I’d like my client to know that I bring my authentic self into the room every time. I do this because I believe that this allows for them to bring their authentic selves into the process as well, creating a space for open dialogue and true work to happen.
I approach my clients with the understanding that they are the experts of their lives and experiences. My goal is to help them learn how to navigate their experiences in an emotionally healthy manner, creating the opportunity for them to bring a better version of themselves into the future.
I want my clients to take away a new vision and definition of themselves. I want them to grow in their confidence and acknowledge there resilience to handle whatever life throws their way.
