Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist who shows up as a real person—warm, grounded, and deeply invested in your growth. I value honesty, cultural humility, and connection, and I work to create a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment. My work is informed by lived experience, community care, and a commitment to helping you navigate whatever you're carrying with more clarity and compassion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in liberation and decolonial healing. I focus on dismantling internalized oppression, reconnecting clients to their values and cultural wisdom, and honoring the full complexity of their lived experiences. I believe therapy should be a space for truth-telling, curiosity, and reclaiming parts of ourselves that have been silenced or shamed.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, tools for navigating life’s challenges, and a deeper connection to their own truth. My hope is that you feel more grounded, more empowered, and more aligned with who you are—beyond the roles, expectations, or stories placed on you.
