Great to meet you!

My intention is to support you on your healing journey. I love therapy and feel honored and privileged to do this work.

As a mother of two young children, I enjoy working with parents on the simultaneous discovery of childhood attachment patterns and the impact on the relationships with our own children. I also have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and ENM folks.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize attachment based therapy, IFS, Brainspotting, ACT, and trauma informed care.

We will work together to recognize your attachment and relational patterns, get to know and connect with your parts, and use a values based framework to help get you un-stuck and grow into your most authentic and highest Self.

You won't find a blank slate here; I'm a feminist, anti racist, and social justice allied. I welcome feedback, questions, humor, and existential crises.

What you can expect from our first session

With a little woo woo and a lot of vulnerability, we'll create a path to help heal deep hurts and live a wholehearted life.
