Great to meet you!

With nearly 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, I support clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-injurious behaviors, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma. I also work with adults navigating parenthood, stress management, anxiety, and depression. I bring a collaborative approach to my work, focused on building trust and fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients can engage in healing, growth, and lasting change.

I hold a Master of Science in Counseling from Post University and a Master of Science in Human Behavior from Capella University. I strive to create a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and gently direct. I strive to create an open-minded, supportive space where individuals feel comfortable exploring life’s everyday challenges. Life often requires us to adapt and pivot, and my goal is to empower clients with the insight, skills, and confidence needed to face those transitions with clarity and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and building a comfortable, trusting connection. We will gently explore what’s bringing you to therapy and talk about the challenges you’re currently facing. Together, we’ll identify your hopes and goals, creating a foundation that supports your growth and helps guide you toward meaningful, lasting change.
