Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm accepting new clients and honored to support your healing journey—at your pace, with care, clarity, and connection. I have extensive experience supporting adult individuals and couples in crisis as a licensed therapist in NY. Additionally, I received a Post-Master's Advanced Certificate in LGBTQ Health, Education, and Social Services from New York University. I value compassion, empathy, and communication, creating a safe space for clients to feel seen and heard. Guided by curiosity and a passion for authenticity, I help you explore how past experiences shape present patterns. With support, we’ll uncover the insight within you to foster healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

As a trauma-informed therapist, I draw from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, relational-cultural, and IFS identity work. I tailor our work to your needs, helping you explore patterns, relationships, and parts of self to support healing, self-understanding, and lasting growth.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, identity exploration, relationship challenges, life transitions, and generational trauma. In our initial sessions, I often take a psychodynamic approach to gain a deeper understanding of your experiences. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values.

What you can expect from me

Using holistic and evidence-based practices, I meet you where you are in your healing journey. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive path toward your goals. I strive to cultivate meaningful therapeutic relationships with those seeking to live authentically by tailoring my approach to each client's unique needs.
