Ashley Christensen

Hey! My name is Ashley, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah and Idaho. I work best with those with trauma, depression, anxiety, college life transitions, disordered eating and eating concerns, faith transitions, and low self-esteem. I am trained in and utilize EMDR. My favorite part of being a therapist is witnessing growth and progress all while sharing laughs along the way (we will work great together if you've ever saved a TikTok that you wish you could share with your therapist).

Every therapist is different so finding a therapist that is the right fit for you is so important. Personally, I believe that therapy works best when we can work together to foster a positive relationship and make lasting change. I believe that all who enter my office deserve a space in which they feel safe to express themselves, feel understood for who they are, and feeling empowered to challenge life's difficulties.

As a therapist, I strive to cultivate a positive environment for growth and change. I want you to walk out of my office feeling supported and empowered (even though therapy can be hard). I'd be honored to take this journey with you!
