Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health therapist with several years of experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. My work is rooted in creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences.

I specialize in trauma-focused care and integrate evidence-based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of stability and self-trust. My background includes working in private practice, where I’ve supported a diverse range of clients with varying needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I tailor my approach to each individual, focusing on connection, practical tools, and meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you in creating a life that feels more aligned and manageable.

What you can expect from me

During your intake session, we’ll spend time getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and any past experiences with therapy so I can better understand your needs and goals.

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and get a feel for whether I’m the right fit for you. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, and you’re always in control of what you choose to share.

Together, we’ll begin to identify goals and discuss a plan for how we can work toward meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood from the very beginning.
