Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) with over 6 years of experience.

Deciding to start therapy is a courageous decision. You should be proud of yourself for taking the leap. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, ready for change, or need a space to process life, you don't have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative relationship. I am here to walk with you on this journey and empower you to reclaim the magic within you.

Therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all. Together, we will tailor your sessions to your needs and therapy goals. That can include art therapy, somatic healing, and trauma-informed yoga.

My goal is to provide a safe space where your voice is heard, your story matters, and your healing can begin.

What you can expect from me

During our first couple of sessions, we will discuss what your goals are to ensure that you get the most out of therapy.

I currently offer virtual sessions and have availability. If you’re interested in getting started, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to connect.
