Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with experience in private practice, community mental health settings, inpatient settings. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related concerns using a compassionate, evidence-based approach that integrates CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. My goal is to provide a safe and collaborative space where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences, gaining insight, and building the tools needed for lasting emotional well-being.

I often remind my clients that, much like in sports, progress comes from persistence—it’s hard to beat a person who never gives up. Therapy is about showing up, putting in the work, and learning that every step forward, no matter how small, is a win worth celebrating.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy focuses on empowerment, healing, and growth. I believe every person has the capacity to create meaningful change—no matter where they’re starting from. In our work together, I provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can explore challenges, gain clarity, and build confidence in your ability to manage life’s stressors.

I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety and depression find relief and balance. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed techniques, I tailor each session to your unique needs and pace. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthy coping strategies, and strengthen the tools you need to navigate difficult emotions.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life—to move from simply coping to truly thriving. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what you hope to gain from our time together. I’ll ask about your goals and expectations so we can create a plan that feels supportive and tailored to you. My focus is on building a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to begin making meaningful changes.
