Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Saint Leo University and have over 15 years of experience working with youth, families, and adults in various clinical settings. I have extensive training in trauma-informed care and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP). I specialize in working with individuals ages 12 and older navigating trauma, abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self-harm, LGBTQIA+ related issues, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

I'm a psychotherapist passionate about helping others become their most authentic selves. I bring a warm, grounded presence to the therapeutic space, where clients feel seen, heard and accepted as they are. I work collaboratively with clients, blending strength-based and person-centered approaches with mindfulness and embodied practices. My style is gentle and non-judgmental, helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop deeper self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

I walk alongside clients as they build the courage, vulnerability, and self-compassion needed for meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and empowering. A firm believer in radical self-love and the connection between mind, body, and soul, I guide clients toward inner balance and sustainable healing.
