Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. My focus is on how the systems we are a part of impact our lives and well-being. I work with all kinds of clients from many different backgrounds and identities. I love the diversity of my clients. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families. I have treated clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, phase of life challenges, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, and others.

My approach to therapy

I use a client-centered, trauma-informed approach and I work collaboratively with clients to discover what therapeutic interventions resonate most for each client. To do this, I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches including somatic therapy, ACT, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create an environment where clients can be both supported and challenged while feeling safe and accepted. In setting goals, I take my lead from my clients who are the experts on themselves and their needs. I communicate with acceptance and curiosity.
