Great to meet you!

I have worked in healthcare in many different settings for nearly 15 years. In 2014, I obtained my associate degree in nursing, with honors. In 2016 I completed my bachelor’s degree in nursing and in 2021 my master’s degree in nursing with a specialization in psychiatric-mental health care. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, involuntary evaluation & treatment, and acute withdrawal management.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our complex and ever-changing society, you fill countless roles each and every day. Each of these roles can be negatively impacted when mental health struggles are also present... especially when they stem from executive dysfunction in the context of ADHD. As a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, as well as an active and practicing Christian, I have a passion for helping my clients achieve their highest potential.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach to mental wellness is whole-person centered. I prioritize collaboration, education, appropriate and conservative medication intervention, psychotherapy, lifestyle change, skills training, mindset work, and systems integration to achieve true healing!

Ashley's style is
