Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over five years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals and couples navigating a variety of emotional and life challenges. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My professional background includes experience in case management, school counseling, and private practice, which has allowed me to work with clients across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds, each with unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and Gottman Method couples therapy techniques. I tailor treatment to each client while remaining mindful of how systemic, developmental, and relational factors shape emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, authenticity, and respect. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen coping and communication skills, and foster healthier relationships with themselves and others, leading to meaningful and lasting change.
