Great to meet you!

I see that reaching out for therapy can feel scary and profoundly overwhelming, and very often, the most difficult part of the endeavor is taking the leap to begin. However, you are present, and you are successfully initiating your journey to heal and rebuild your life. I value the opportunity to connect with you and figure out the best ways I can support you. My standard style is genuinely warm, empathic, and joint.

My approach to therapy

I leverage evidence-based psychological approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based therapy to provide supportive, direct, and compassionate clinical care to my clients. I am a licensed clinical social worker with five years of experience in healthcare organizations working with individuals and families facing chronic conditions, personal loss, and sudden life alterations. I have earned certificates in cognitive behavioral therapy and specialized palliative and end-of-life support.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will work toward developing robust coping strategies for life’s many stressors, such as depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, loss, and relationship challenges. I am a firm believer that you are the expert of your own life, and it is imperative that we collaborate on the most personalized and effective ways to help you reach your goals, facilitate healing, and rebuild your life in a positive and healthy direction.
