Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Ashley Davis. I graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio earning a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. I am passionate about helping individuals create the life they want and deserve. Counseling allows individuals to take back control in their lives, and strive for more. In our sessions, you can expect honesty, acceptance, and true compassion.

My approach to therapy

As we collaboratively work through inner struggles, you can begin to trust yourself. Through counseling you can make choices that reflect who and what you have worked so hard to be. I have years of experience working with clients who deal with depression, anxiety, trauma, family dynamic issues, and behavioral concerns. I use a variety of counseling methods such as mindfulness, person centered techniques, depression and anxiety coping skills, CBT techniques, and solution-focused skills.

What you can expect from me

As a client you can expect to leave sessions with tangible methods to apply in your day to day life.

My hope is that your life is changed from the knowledge and perspective you gain through out sessions.
