Great to meet you!

Hello! I am interested in supporting adults with themes related to exploring identity, life transitions, anxiety, stress, and relationships. You may be navigating a period of change, questioning parts of yourself, feeling overwhelmed by competing expectations, or experiencing patterns in your relationships that you would like to better understand.

I also support clients experiencing depression, trauma, women’s issues, and cultural or ethnic identity concerns. I received my bachelor’s degree from UCLA and my Master of Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work. I have 14 years of experience supporting people across the lifespan in various mental health settings.

My approach to therapy

I hold space with compassion, warmth, and curiosity. I will explore your experiences with you collaboratively to foster growth, change, and greater awareness that align with your values and goals.

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and tailored to your individual needs. Our work may include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, narrative therapy, solution-focused strategies, and psychodynamic exploration. Our work can help you manage anxiety/stress/depression, strengthen relationships, navigate transitions, and feel more grounded in who you are.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to clarify your goals for therapy and foster a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and strengths. I will meet you with curiosity and respect while helping you better understand the patterns that may be contributing to stress, relationship concerns, or feeling stuck.

Therapy can sometimes be an uncomfortable process, and leaning into that discomfort is a brave move. You can expect us to move at a pace that feels manageable while working toward greater self-awareness, healthier boundaries, stronger coping skills, and change that feels meaningful to you.
