Great to meet you!

I love to help individuals who are serious about their healing journey and ready to take the next step. I served in the military for 6 years and have worked working with victims of sexual assault, women recovering from addiction, children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I believe in focusing on the whole body for long-lasting results mind, body, and spirit. Currently enrolled in my Doctorate program studying Mind-Body Medicine to help my clients reach their desired health goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe in utilizing a holistic approach to therapy focusing on the whole body for long-lasting results mind, body, and spirit. Depending on the specific client's needs, I will consciously choose the correct modality according to their personality and healing need. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach and treat each client accordingly.

What you can expect from me

I believe I can help guide any client wanting to truly heal from their traumas, behaviors, past experiences, dysregulated emotions, anxieties, life transitions, and or relationship issues. As a person constantly working on herself daily, I love to help others improve their overall lives to live happily with themselves and others.
