Great to meet you!

With a background in Psychodynamic theory and a holistic, whole-person perspective, I offer an integrative approach to therapy that meets you where you are. In my work, I’ve supported adults navigating relationship challenges, strained family dynamics, and life transitions. My passion lies in creating a compassionate, grounded space where you can explore your story, reconnect with yourself, and build healthier, more fulfilling connections.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals who are healing from generational wounds helping you set healthy boundaries, build more secure relationships, and gently untangle from old patterns that no longer serve you. I believe that healing looks different for everyone, so our work together will be thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs and goals. Through mindfulness, breath work, body awareness, and a relational approach, we’ll create a secure space for your growth and transformation.

What you can expect from me

You can expect therapy with me to be open, engaging, relational, and most of all empowering. Seeking therapy is a brave decision to make and one that will lead to greater self-awareness, feeling fulfilled and confident to take on whatever may come your way. Whenever you're ready, I'm here for you.
