Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Ashley Lauren Ellis Eid, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in helping adults who struggle with body image, eating disorders, mood challenges, and fertility and pregnancy-related issues.

My approach to therapy

I support clients by providing a safe, empathetic space where we explore the emotional, psychological, and behavioral factors that influence these struggles. My approach is integrative and holistic, combining evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to help you develop healthier coping mechanisms, cultivate self-acceptance, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

In our first few sessions, you can expect to engage in an open conversation about your current struggles, goals, and the patterns that may be contributing to your experiences. I’ll take time to listen, assess, and collaborate with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

What you can expect from me

What makes my practice unique is the combination of compassion, expertise, and a deep understanding of the complexities of body image, mood, and fertility issues. I understand the personal nature of these concerns and work with you not only to address immediate symptoms but to foster long-term healing and personal growth.

I am deeply passionate about this work because I believe that everyone deserves to feel at peace with their body and emotions, and to live a life of authenticity and fulfillment. Seeing my clients make meaningful progress and develop a greater sense of self-worth is incredibly rewarding to me.
