Great to meet you!

I have over a decade of experience working with children and families and also enjoy working with adults. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, behavioral concerns, and other emotional and life challenges.

My approach to therapy

My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we will identify thought patterns and behaviors that may not be helping you move forward, explore how they impact your daily life, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding to life's challenges.

I believe each client has unique strengths, and my goal is to help you recognize and build upon those strengths throughout the counseling process. I am passionate about empowering clients by fostering self-confidence, strengthening self-esteem, and developing practical coping skills that support continued growth and positive change.

While CBT serves as the foundation of my work, I tailor treatment to meet your individual needs and goals, creating a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe to grow and heal.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to getting to know you and learning what brings you to counseling as we will discuss your challenges and strengths to help identify your best hopes for counseling. My goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space in which you can be comfortable being yourself. And yes, we may even laugh and smile along the way!
