Great to meet you!

I know exactly how much energy it takes just to get to this page.

Finding a therapist shouldn't feel like another high-stakes project on your to-do list. It’s a vulnerable, often exhausting search for someone who actually gets it. My goal is to make this the easiest part of your week.

I’m here to offer a safe, creative, and deeply human space where you don’t have to "perform" or have it all figured out. We work together to turn down the noise of the world so you can finally hear yourself again. Whether you’re feeling stuck, numb, or just navigating a massive shift, we’re going to find a way through it—not just by talking, but by paying attention to what your nervous system and your life are actually telling us.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, honest, and collaborative. I’m not a "blank slate" therapist who just nods; I’m a partner in the room with you. My background is in Polyvagal-Informed Care, which is a fancy way of saying we prioritize safety and connection above all else. We look at the body (somatic) as much as the mind, because your nervous system holds the map to your resilience.

I lean into Solution-Focused and Affirming practices. We’ll use tools from CBT and DBT when they help, but we’ll also leave room for the artistic and the intuitive. I believe healing is a creative process—one where we co-author a story that actually feels like you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we aren't looking for a "diagnosis" to put in a box. We’re looking for you.

This is where we do the work. We explore, discover, test, and workshop new techniques together to see what actually sticks in your real life. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all; it’s a journey of exploration, and I’ll be right there in the trenches with you as we build your unique toolbox. We’re here to focus on the process of becoming.

Our goal is clarity, not collapse. Insight, not isolation. Wisdom, not wounds. We are working toward better, not bitter.
